How to Request SOLID Support

1. REQUESTING SOLID SUPPORT
Should you experience any issue with your SOLID instance please do the following:
- Log into your SOLID instance and use the 'SOS' button to 'Log a Support Request'

2. REQUESTING EMERGENCY SOLID SUPPORT
Should you experience a critical issue with your SOLID instance (i.e. your SOLID instance is offline) and you are on a SOLID GOLD SLA you should:
- Contact the SOLID Emergency Service Desk on +27 82 547 8040.

Note that if you are on a SOLID SILVER SLA, after hours Emergency support is not included in your standard SLA. Should you require Emergency after hours support you need to:
- Approve an After Hours Emergency Response fee of R2,500 (excluding VAT) to log the after hours issue. You will need to review and approve the quote for any professional service work that may be required in addition to the response fee.
- Alternatively, you can upgrade to a GOLD SLA which includes the emergency after hours response service.
